If you have a change of heart with something that you order, please email us within the 14 days after your purchase. The item must be in new condition, smoke-free, no animal hair, or any other flaws. Once the item is received on our end, and inspected, and is to our satisfactory, we will issue a refund. Please be aware that the cost of shipping to return the item is as the consumers expenses.
If in the event that we have made an error with your order, we will pay for shipping cost of returning the order. We want your experience to be the best possible.
